Leadtime
For any non customised designs on our website we aim to get your item made within 4-7 working days. If you chose to have it powder coated it can add anything up to 10 working days to the time frame as we are currently outsourcing this to a local company and are dependent on their time and workload.
For any custom made items it takes between 3-5 working days for the design, after approval it'll take a further 4-7 working days for fabrication and if you chose to have it powder coated it can add anything up to 10 working days for black and up to 20 workding days for any other colour to the time frame.
If you have anything urgent you need doing please do contact us beforehand and we will see what we can do. Once your item is ready for shipping we will contact you to let you know.

Deliveries
All deliveries to Mainland UK are free of charge but we do ship anywhere in the world. In time we will add more and more countries to the drop down list as we go along. If your country is not there please do email us and we will let you know what the postage charges will be.

Custom Designs
As we design and make all our items ourselves we hope you will hit us with requests of custom made items and are excited to work with you to create what you want. So please do get in touch with anything you want/need and we will do our utmost to create something truly unique that will last a very long time.

Once you let us know that you want something creating and tell us what size and finish you would like we will create a listing for you. You will need to check all details and pay for it. Once that has been done we get started designing for you. We will send you a png for approval. Once you're happy with it we get onto fabricating it. Any questions please email us.

Before you order please do make sure you have given us all the details, images and ideas of what you would like us to create. We will work exactly on that basis and come up with a design. If you change your mind and ask for something completely different once the design has been finished, it may not be possible to do or incur extra charges for design fees. You are then welcome to be refunded but we will have to charge the design fee for the work already carried out as instructed at time of order.

Business Logos
If you want your business logo turning into steel please email us your logo and size requirements. Please do not send us someone elses logo and ask us to duplicate it with your name in it. We will not knowingly copy but are happy to be inspired by different ideas. If you're after a unique design you're in the right place. Email us!

Extras
Please do not add extras in the notes when ordering without discussing them first as they may incur extra charges (i e brackets etc).
Material & Process
Generally all our items are made out of 3mm (8 gauge, 1/8 inch) cold rolled steel to DC01 spec. We use a plasma cutter to cut the steel which has an accuracy of +/-1mm due to the kerf width of the plasma arc so there are limitations to the accuracy and intricacy. Once your item is cooled down from the process, we remove any dross or sharp corners with a grinder or wire brush ready for shipping in either raw steel or to finish it off in your choice.

Returns
If, for some reason, you are not happy with your item please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your item and we will try and resolve the issues. We are happy to accept returns within 10 working days but only for non personalised items. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. To avoid having to charge for loss in value we expect to receive the item back in the same condition it was sent.
If the item is being damaged in transit please do contact us with photographic evidence and we will take this up with the courier. We will need photos of the outer packaging including the postage label, inner packaging and the item itself.
